What we collect
Information you give us: your phone number (to create your account and send OTPs), bank account details (to verify identity and process withdrawals), display name, email address when you give a donation, and request details when you ask for help.
Information we collect automatically: device info (phone model, OS, app version), usage data (screens you visit, features you use), transaction history, and log data (IP address, timestamps, error reports).
How we use your data
To run the platform — process transactions, send notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the experience.
To verify identity — your phone number and bank details are used to confirm you are who you say you are. We do not use them for marketing.
To keep the platform safe — we analyze usage patterns to detect and prevent abuse.
What we do not do

- ✓We do not store your bank account password — payments go through Paystack.
How we protect your data
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
We do not store full bank account numbers. Only the last 4 digits are visible in your account.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account — we will delete your personal data within 30 days. You can opt out of non-essential communications in your account settings.

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
